Critical expectations of all board members: The candidate is aware that they will serve a three-year term starting on January 1. The candidate has the time and inclination to meet twice a year (fall and spring). The candidate understands the expectation to attend major alumni events (Homecoming and regional events in the candidates area) as well as attend as many other alumni functions as possible (baseball, golf, Alumni Days, etc.) The candidate understands the importance of and shall provide annual financial support for students through the Manchester Fund.
